"You’re not enough."
"You’re falling behind."
"You should be doing more."
"You have to hold everything together."

Battle Plan

—Recognize, Resist, Replace, Remain

—you’ll explore everyday struggles such as comparison, insecurity, fear, shame, distraction, busyness, performance, and control while learning to remain rooted in Jesus Christ.
Created as a biblical companion study to Sincerely, Stoneheart by Emily Wilson Hussem, this workbook can be completed entirely on its own. You do not need to read Sincerely, Stoneheart to benefit from the study. However, reading the two together is highly recommended, as each companion reflection is designed to take the themes introduced in the corresponding letter and bring them into Scripture, personal reflection, and practical application.
Work through it individually, with a friend, in a small group, or as a Bible study.
This is not a study about becoming consumed with the enemy.
It is about knowing God’s truth so deeply that you learn to recognize the lies—and remaining so close to Jesus that they no longer have the final word.
Jesus Christ has already won the victory.
Your calling is to remain in Him.
