  • Recognize that God sees every circumstance.

  • Trust God's provision during uncertainty.

  • Rest in God's care instead of fear.

  • Believe they are never forgotten.

  • Walk forward with renewed hope.

Interventions

Intervention #1: Remember That God Sees You

Study Scripture

  • Genesis 16:7-13

  • Psalm 139:1-12

Action

Spend time reflecting on God's awareness of every detail of your life.

Reflection

  • Where have I felt unseen?

  • How does knowing that God sees me change my perspective?

Intervention #2: Bring Your Fears to God

Study Scripture

  • Genesis 21:14-19

  • 1 Peter 5:7

Action

Entrust your worries and burdens to the Lord in prayer.

Reflection

  • What fears am I carrying today?

  • Have I surrendered them to God?

Intervention #3: Look for God's Provision

Study Scripture

  • Genesis 21:19

  • Matthew 6:25-34

Action

Ask God to help you recognize the ways He is already providing.

Reflection

  • Have I overlooked God's provision because of my circumstances?

  • What blessings can I identify today?

Intervention #4: Reject the Lie of Abandonment

Study Scripture

  • Isaiah 43:1-4

  • Deuteronomy 31:6

Action

Replace feelings of rejection with God's promises of His presence.

Reflection

  • What lies has rejection caused me to believe?

  • Which promises of God speak directly to those lies?

Intervention #5: Walk Forward in Hope

Study Scripture

  • Jeremiah 29:11

  • Romans 8:28

Action

Take the next faithful step, trusting God with what lies ahead.

Reflection

  • What future am I afraid of?

  • How can I trust God's plan even when I cannot see the outcome?

Clinical Pearl

Rejection often convinces us that we are invisible and forgotten. Hagar's story reminds us that God sees those whom the world overlooks. His presence is not determined by our circumstances, and His provision often becomes visible when we trust Him.
