Matthew 11:28-30
Action
Allow yourself to receive God's provision through rest, nourishment, and His presence.

John 10:27
Action
Create intentional moments of quiet before God.

Isaiah 40:28-31
Action

Clinical Pearl
Burnout often narrows our perspective, causing us to believe we are alone, our work has no impact, and nothing will ever change. Before God redirected Elijah's mission, He first met Elijah's physical needs, gave him rest, and reminded him of the truth. Restoration began with God's presence—not Elijah's performance.
Additional Study
Isaiah 40:28-31

Psalm 46:10
